Career record
Every game a manager has been in post for, added up across all the clubs held: seasons, wins, losses and trophies.
Reputation, which is what a hiring club reads; and it is the record a public profile is judged on, because it is the one thing that follows a manager between clubs.
Win games while in post. A spell counts from the day the seat was taken to the day it was given up, so results before an appointment belong to whoever was there.
