The order of the league table — it is the primary sort key, ahead of points, and the playoff places are the top clubs under it. Win. Honours

Honour

Honour

A permanent record that a club finished a season somewhere worth recording — champion, runner-up, or qualified for the playoffs.

Nothing in a later season is decided by it. It is the club's history, and the manager in post when it was won is credited with it on their own profile.

Finish the season high enough. An honour is written once, at the rollover, and is never revised afterwards.

Manager

Career record

Career record

Every game a manager has been in post for, added up across all the clubs held: seasons, wins, losses and trophies.

Reputation, which is what a hiring club reads; and it is the record a public profile is judged on, because it is the one thing that follows a manager between clubs.

Win games while in post. A spell counts from the day the seat was taken to the day it was given up, so results before an appointment belong to whoever was there.

Squad

Ratings are shown as bands. Only the club itself sees exact numbers.

Band

A range of twenty rating points, shown instead of an exact number when you are not entitled to the number itself.

What you can tell about a player at another club, and what any potential is ever shown as — including your own players'. A rating worked out from banded attributes is itself shown as a band, so it tells you nothing they did not.

Sign him, or watch him play. A player on your own roster shows exact attributes, and so does anyone listed for transfer or without a club.
